“EXPLORING SPIRITUAL PRACTICES” (ESP), Wednesdays, 10:30-11:30 a.m. Fellowship Hall. (Portico, weather-permitting) Facilitated by Larry Neumark. Explore, experience, and practice various spiritual disciplines such as inner silence, meditative music, insight meditation, passage meditation, lovingkindness, prayer, and others. LISTENING GROUP, Third Wednesdays of each month, 10–11am, Portico (Weather Permitting. Prayerful listening and reflecting in community. Explore poems, essays, meaningful quotations, psalms, and readings from other faith traditions and world religions as possible spiritual resources. The poem for October is "Appalachian Autumn" by Parker Palmer. All are welcome! No experience necessary! In the event of inclement weather, we will move indoors to a classroom. Bring a mask!
