Taizé

Taizé is an ecumenical community in France, founded in the ruins of World War II, and dedicated to fostering peace and reconciliation throughout the whole human family. The style of worship that has grown up at Taize over the years seeks to discover a common language of prayer to unite the pilgrims that come to visit from the four corners of the earth.  This common language has been found in music and in silence.
