SMA Community Read Discussion Group: Lent 2025

The Discussion Group will be held on four Tuesdays in Lent at 7 pm at the Parlor at Trinity House (Trinity Episcopal Church) Both in-person and on zoom. Facilitators will be the Rev. Gethin Weid and the Rev. Karen Erskine-Valentine.

Sunday Seminar

The Adult Education book study this winter/spring is Life After Doom: Wisdom and Courage for a World Falling Apart by Brian McLaren. McLaren’s work confronts the realities of climate change, economic injustice, and other issues with resilience and responsibility, wisdom and courage.
