he evokes the name of God revealed to Moses at the Burning Bush.
God tells Moses, when speaking to the people, to say:
I AM has sent you.

6:30AM-- at the Rumsey Monument Park off Mill Street in Shepherdstown. This is an informal time for song, silence and sharing. We’re gathering on the grass below the monument, so please bring a chair or something to sit on and dress warmly. You’re also invited to bring a special reading (a favorite poem, a story, or scripture) or share a song with the group.

Maundy Thursday Worship Service, March 28, 2024

7 PM – ONLINE. FACEBOOK LIVE ONLINE WORSHIP. Access the service at https://www.facebook.com/groups/spcworks and wait for the “live stream” preview window to appear (look for the word "LIVE" in a red box in the upper left-hand corner of the preview window. You may have to scroll down to see it). THE PREVIEW WINDOW WILL NOT APPEAR BEFORE 6:50am, please wait for it. A Facebook account is not required to access this service of worship. 10:50am--PROCESSION OF THE PALMS, THIS Sunday, March 24, gather at 10:50 am, front steps. Bring your own homegrown branches or pick up a palm branch at the church for a congregation-wide Procession of the Palms during 11am worship. Especially for children but open to all ages.
